Yep, l that’s a 60s Renault 4. We have been on holiday with one of those when I was a kid. It was so weak that we had to pick up speed going downhill to have a chance of making it up the next hill. And the seats were just a big of fabric across a metal frame. None of that modern nonsense.
Not a winter tire in sight. In retrospect, the 70s were scary.
